Kent's motorists are being warned to brace themselves for terrible traffic conditions when schools reopen this week.<br /><br />Thousands of extra cars are expected on our roads from tomorrow as parents drive their children to school rather than risk sending them on public transport.<br /><br />Demand for bus passes has tumbled by 75% according to Kent County Council.
