It's a betrayal of some of the most disadvantaged pupils in Kent.<br /><br />That's the thoughts of one education expert as Kent County Council announces plans to delay the Kent Test until October.<br /><br />It comes despite urgent pleas from Canterbury MP Rosie Duffield to cancel the exam entirely.
