It's an announcement many commuters across Kent have been dreading - the return of Operation Brock, the huge contraflow system on the busy M20. <br /><br />The government's announced that from December the scheme will be back to prepare for any hold up at Kent's ports after Brexit. <br /><br />Ashford MP Damian Green admits the project's better than Operation Stack but concedes it will still be a nuisance.
