The government's announced open air gigs, festivals and theatre performances in Kent can resume from this weekend.<br /><br />But indoor venues in Kent say they've been left in the dark with no clear picture on when they'll be allowed to return.<br /><br />Theatre bosses say the changes are just a kick in the teeth to the county's arts sector when they've already suffered enough financially.
