A 1.5 billion pound rescue package has been hailed as a lifeline for the arts in Kent as many of the county's venues faced certain obliteration because of the coronavirus. <br /><br />There are fears however artists could still lose their jobs as theatres are unable to reopen under lockdown restrictions.
