Yalding is being left vulnerable to devastating flooding and not enough is being done about it.<br /><br />That's according to residents who are angry more defences aren't being put in place during floods. <br /><br />It comes just weeks after houses and businesses were badly affected. <br /><br />Phil Wellbrook has this report.
