Kent's care homes are no longer safe for their residents or workers. <br /><br />That's according to the chair of the National Care Association who's urging the government to act urgently in order to protect the elderly and those who look after them. <br /><br />It comes as some reports suggest around half of coronavirus deaths could have taken place at care homes.
