An expert from the University of Kent says there needs to be a clear exit plan in place before lockdown restrictions are lifted in the UK. <br /><br />It's now been three weeks since Kent and the rest of the UK were put into lockdown to stop the spread of coronavirus.<br /><br />But questions still remain how normality will return, with the government set to review the restrictions this week.
