A new report shows more needs to be done to close the gap between men and women including here in Kent.<br /><br />According to the World Economic Forum, the UK has fallen six places down the global rankings for gender equality. <br /><br />It predicts it will take another century for women to be on an equal footing with men.<br /><br />To talk more about this Deborah Turner a local business woman campaigning for equality joined us in the studio.
