Large parts of Kent could be completely underwater by 2050 if something is not done to tackle climate change. <br /><br />That is according to campaigners who believes the county could soon suffer from large levels of flooding. <br /><br />It comes as a yellow weather warning has been issued for heavy rain in the county tomorrow.
