As smart motorway upgrades near completion on the M20, a new report says lives could have been saved on the new motorways if there were better safety measures.<br /><br />There's been 38 deaths on the roads across the country during the last five years. <br /><br />Chatham & Aylesford MP Tracey Crouch is amongst those calling for urgent improvements to the safety of smart motorways.
