Kent's facing an urgent health crisis according to charity Diabetes UK. <br /><br />Shocking figures released by the organisation show that four areas in the county have the highest rates in the whole of the south east.<br /><br />Swale, Thanet, Medway and the south Kent coast are well above the national average.<br /><br />We were joined by nutritionist Julie Clark.
