More and more people are being taken to hospital in Kent for drinking too much alcohol. <br /><br />That's according to worrying statistics which show an increase of nearly a third in six years. <br /><br />There are now warnings that a lack of funding is making it difficult to tackle the issue. <br /><br />Penny Williams from rehabilitation charity the Kenward Trust discusses the issue further on Kent Tonight
