Plans to unveil pro-EU banner on White Cliffs of Dover underway

There are plans afoot to unveil a pro eu banner on the white cliff of Dover in a message of solidarity with the union. <br /><br />It comes after a crowdfunder organised by the Liberal Democrats in Kent.
