Medway Council has been slammed for their management of the Rochester Castle Concerts

After accumulating more than a million pounds of losses, bosses have now decided to hand over the management of the event to a private company. <br /><br />It comes after headline act Jess Glynne pulled out of the concerts earlier this year.
