Students and staff at the University of Kent say they're working together to tackle racial inequality. <br /><br />It comes as the University of Sheffield is set to employ 20 students to tackle so-called microaggressions which they describe as subtle but offensive comments.<br /><br />Dave Thomas is the student success project manager from the University of Kent and joined us in the studio.
