Improving the lives of vulnerable, isolated and disadvantaged people - that's the mission the Kent Community Foundation has set themselves.<br /><br />Last year they awarded £2.5 million in more than 600 grants to benefit 250,000 Kent residents.<br /><br />To discuss this further we were joined by the Chief Executive Josephine McCartney.
