Business owners across Tonbridge and Malling say they'd have huge concerns about the future of their businesses, if plans to bring in new car parking charges are introduced.<br />The borough council are looking to turn a number of free car parks into paid-for ones.<br />Councillors in Snodland believe the town would be severely affected if the proposals go ahead.
