A detention centre Medway has been rated inadequate after it found children being put at risk. <br /><br />A damning report from OFSTED found that staff at Medway Secure Training Centre in Rochester had been inflicting pain on the detainees. <br /><br />Tommaso Dimiddio joined us in the studio to talk about the issue.
