Charities in Kent are marking Children's Hospice Week to raise awareness of the work they do to help seriously ill young people and their families. <br /><br />Kent-based charity ellenor is the only organisation that provides children's nursing care in their homes.<br /><br />To talk more about the work they do Beverley Barclays from ellenor joined us in the studio.
