There are fears the installation of anti-terrorism bollards in Canterbury could gridlock the city. <br /><br />Businesses in the area say they're worried the new measures could affect their trade. <br /><br />Canterbury City Council's spending nearly £800,000 on the bollards which they say will protect residents from terrorist attacks.
