Parents in Kent are being warned that children as young as five are addicted to the internet. <br /><br />A study by the charity Barnardos warned that many children are becoming obsessed with being online and it could damage their mental health in the future. <br /><br />We asked shoppers in Medway if under 5’s should be allowed to use the internet.
