Parents in Kent are being urged to think carefully before leaving their children home alone. <br /><br />The NSPCC says they've seen an increase in young people being left unsupervised especially during the summer holidays. <br /><br />70 per cent of the calls the charity received were judged to be so serious they were passed onto police or social services.
