Kent MP Tom Tugendhat's hailed a decision to reject controversial plans to build homes near an historic Abbey in West Malling. <br /><br />The Planning Inspector dismissed the proposals for 80 homes after outrage from residents. <br /><br />The Tonbridge and Malling MP has said it's a victory for the community.
