Parents and carers in Kent could be banned from smacking their children when they misbehave.<br /><br />That's if campaigners get their way after Scotland became the first country in the UK to make it a criminal offence.<br /><br />The Association of Educational Psychologists said that smacking is harmful to children's mental health.<br /><br />But should smacking be banned?
