A Kent MP's welcomed a new compensation scheme launched by Southeastern today. <br /><br />Tonbridge and Malling MP Tom Tugendhat says the new system will help passengers as they will be reimbursed for part of their fare if trains are delayed.<br /><br />But campaigners argue it is a hassle and they would rather the money was spent on keeping trains running smoothly.
