Vulnerable children in Medway are being put at risk according to a damning report by Ofsted. <br /><br />The council's social care service costs taxpayers more than £35m and it has now been deemed inadequate. <br /><br />Ofsted inspections found serious shortcomings and the council could potentially lose control of the provision if improvements are not made.
