A Medway company has created a new foundation to help support young, homeless and vulnerable people in Kent.<br /> <br />The Paramount Foundation based in Rochester, will support community groups to help get young people into education or work.<br /><br />It's hoped it will help provide solutions to drug, gang and knife crime problems in the county. <br /> <br />We were joined by Chris Knowles and Matt Salisbury from the foundation to talk a bit more about it.
