Green campaigners in Kent have welcomed plans from the government to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to zero by 2050.<br /><br />It comes as Kent County Council declared a climate change emergency last month after being accused of letting down the younger generation.<br /><br />However, some fear that this target is too little too late and impossible to achieve.<br /><br /> Will it be possible to be carbon-free by 2050?
