There are calls to address what's being called an unconscious bias in Kent Police. <br /><br />Statistics revealing those from ethnic minority backgrounds are much more likely to be stopped and searched have sparked concerns. <br /><br />The figures showed black people in the county are six times more likely to be stopped and searched than white people.
