A report's found that the obsessive ex of the murdered University of Kent student Molly McLaren was not properly investigated in the run-up to her death. <br /><br />Joshua Stimpson was sent to prison for a minimum of 26 years after repeatedly stabbing 23-year-old Molly as she sat in her car at the Dockside Outlet in Chatham.
