More than a hundred bollards will be installed in Canterbury to prevent terrorist attacks. <br /><br />800,000 pounds are invested by the city to stop cars being able to run pedestrian down. <br /><br />The council insist there isn't an immediate threat to the city, but they say that if nothing is done to prevent it, residents' lives could be put at risk.
