Motorists in Kent heading back to work this week in the New Year may've missed a whole host of new changes for 2019.<br /><br />To avoid fines, drivers are now required to leave enough space when overtaking cyclists and a range of new standards for MOT Tests.<br /><br />And for the first time ever, learner drivers will be allowed to use motorways when with an instructor as Joe Coshan explains.
