Tonbridge and Malling MP Tom Tugendhat says he's appalled that millions of pounds of public money's been wasted on Hadlow College's financial crisis.<br /><br />It's been put into education administration following deep concerns about its books. <br /><br />An initial report now says that the issues could have been spotted earlier by authorities and stopped the financial crisis at the college.
