The Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy Committee have argued the banning petrol and diesel vehicles by 2040 will be too late.<br /> <br />They argue the sooner they're outlawed the better and believe electric cars will be a similar price by 2024.<br /><br />Green campaigner Stuart Jeffery joined us in the studio to discuss whether a sooner goal might be achievable.
