Drivers from Kent going in and out of London are set to pay more for driving through the capital. <br /><br />The Ultra Low Emission Zone has come into force for the first time today this means if you drive older, more polluted vehicles you'll be charged £12.50 for entering the area each day in addition to the congestion charge.<br /><br />Transport for London hopes the move will reduce the number of polluting cars in London but the Federation of Small Businesses said many small firms were worried about their future. <br /><br />Is this fee is fair on Kent drivers going to London?
