"If we don't do something soon, we will have a third-world education."<br /><br />That's the stark message from the Chair of the Kent Association of Headteachers as he calls on the Department for Education to act. <br /><br />He's one of 7,000 headteachers across the country to have sent a letter home to parents explaining their funding struggles.
