The department for digital, culture, media and sport which is chaired by Folkestone and Hythe MP Damian Collins is putting forward a new motion to stop so-called online harm. <br /><br />Websites could be fined or blocked if they fail to address issues such as terrorism, suicide and child abuse under the new proposals.<br /><br />Social media expert Gareth Cairns explains more.
