Ofsted has announced that it will change the way it rates schools across Kent by putting less of an emphasis on exam results. <br /><br />More than 16,000 pupils across the county will find out today whether they passed the Kent Test which would give them the chance to apply to grammar schools. <br /><br />But how important is it that schools are assessed regularly by an independent body?
