Staff at three Kent hospitals are staging industrial action over plans to transfer their jobs to a new company. <br /><br />Members of the Union Unite say the plans will privatise services in Ashford, Canterbury and Margate and employees say their future's uncertain. <br /><br /><br />Unite Union's Kathy Walters joined us in the studio.
