A job advert posted by Gravesham Borough council has sparked controversy after been branded sexist by residents. <br /><br />A screenshot of the ad was posted in on social media and caused debate online with some calling for it to be taken down.<br /><br />It comes as the UK's advertising watchdog said it will ban gender stereotypes.<br /><br />They said harmful stereotypes in adverts contribute to how people see themselves and their role in society and can hold some people back.<br /><br />But what do you think?
