More than £4m has been awarded by the government to turn North Kent into a world-leader for cultural and creative industries.<br /><br />The funding will develop tourism around the Thames Estuary as well as being put towards apprenticeships for young people from disadvantaged areas. <br /><br />Isabelle Miller has more on the story.
