Man claims to be victim of hate crime after Scottish ten pound note refused

A man from Walderslade claims he's been victim of a hate crime because his local post office won't accept his Scottish ten pound note.<br /><br />Scottish currency isn't considered legal tender in England but is widely accept throughout the country.
