A daughter missed saying a final goodbye to her dying mother at Tunbridge Wells Hospital because she says she wasn't able to park her car. <br /><br />Lauraine Griffiths spent close to half an hour trying to find a parking space at the hospital and by the time she'd arrived on the ward, she was told her mother Phyl had passed away.
