A Kent campaign calling for tougher sentences on child cruelty cases has reached more than 10,000 signatures.<br /><br />Paula Hudgell has adopted son Tony, who was less than two months old when his birth parents inflicted life-changing injuries on him. <br /><br />Now she is calling for harsher sentences as are the thousands of signatures on the historic petition.
