Kent residents say they are frustrated at the pavement parking situation in the county some being affected in their everyday life.<br /><br />Those with wheelchairs and mobility aids fear they are being put in danger due to some parking behavior.<br /><br />The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association is calling on the Prime Minister to take action.
