Plans for a huge quarry in Ryarsh set to be withdrawn

Plans to build a huge sand quarry in a Kent village have been scrapped after being branded inappropriate by KCC.<br /><br />After a whole year of campaigns and petitions, villagers have been told the quarry's now unlikely to go ahead.
