Natwest, RBS and Ulster Bank customers in Kent were left locked out of their online accounts due to a technical glitch this morning.<br /><br />The issue was later resolved and the bank said there was no evidence customer data was compromised.<br /><br />We asked shoppers in Rochester whether they trusted online banking services.
