A Kent hospital trust has admitted that a 21-year-old man would not have died if they had followed proper procedures. <br /><br />Tim Mason from Tunbridge Wells died in March this year within 24 hours of doctors sending him home from hospital with an incorrect diagnosis.<br /><br />Harry Peet was at his inquest in Maidstone today.
