Medway businesses deprived of customers by new parking restrictions

Businesses in Walderslade say new parking restrictions are depriving them of customers.<br /><br />Owners at the Bliss Tea Rooms say that the one hour parking limit, enforced by Medway Council, isn't long enough for customers to enjoy their visit.
